According to information from the capital’s public prosecutor’s office, committed femicides are concentrated (57.1% of the total) in five municipalities: Iztapalapa, Cuauhtemoc, Tlalpan, Gustavo A. Wood, and Alvaro Obregon.
At the end of 2022, two demarcations stood out: Milpa Alta, having registered three femicides in one month, and on the other hand, Cuajimalpa, having reported no cases until the end of the year.
