After being threatened and held against her will, a 42-year-old woman was rescued from a house in a private area of ​​Costa Esmeralda, north of Pinamar. The police were able to find her after the victim asked her aunt for help, via an audio message, to report what had happened.

In this way, the police arrived at a property in lot 64 of the Golf 1 area of ​​Costa Esmeralda to carry out a search and release the detained woman. There the troops found the victim with her minor children, she confirmed that she was there against her will. Immediately, the uniformed officers took the mother and her three children, ages 5, 8 and 10, to safety. The man owns a tire store in the Tigre district.

The proceedings were conducted in the context of a case of gender-based violence, the initial complaint of which was filed at the San Fernando Women’s Police Station, since the victim and the accused have domiciles in a house on the islands of the delta of this area, which was also searched and where seven firearms were seized.

The case is now in the hands of prosecutor Matías López Vida, of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) of gender violence of San Fernando, who ordered the emergency raids and arrest of the 52-year-old JCA.

According to judicial sources indicated to the Telam agency, it all started last week after a couple’s conflict. After the same, the woman told the man that she wanted to separate, that’s why he threatened her with guns and took her against her will to a house the couple have in the Costa Esmeralda district.

“He threatened her with guns, told her she couldn’t leave him, that they were going to be a perfect family and, forced, he put her in the truck and took her away with the children. in Costa Esmeralda, where he isolated her and took her mobile phone,” said a forensic investigator.

Spokespersons said an aunt of the victim managed to visit him at the scene and, taking advantage of an oversight by the now detained, the woman managed to send him an audio message telling him what was happening to his sister , who was the one who came forward to file the complaint, which led to the raid.

At the scene, police seized a Taurus 357 Magnum revolver, another Rubi .32 long, a Sig Saur rifle with a 22 caliber sight, a Rubi rifle also with a long 22 caliber sight, a Centauro shotgun 16 gauge and another double-barreled. Baykal brand 12/70 caliber, a 5.5 caliber air rifle and a thousand cartridges of various calibers.

In turn, during the search, a bra belt and other objects that could be linked to the abuse reported by the victim were seized.

In the next few hours, a police delegation would transfer the accused from the coast to the DDI of San Isidro, where he will remain until he is investigated, possibly this Monday by the prosecutor López Vidal.

Although the prosecutor waited for the victim’s testimony to finish defining the charge, the crimes for which the defendant will be investigated would be “unlawful deprivation of liberty, sexual abuse and threats”, all in the context of gender-based violence.
