Police and SWAT team units surrounded a Plantation apartment on Thursday morning where they detained four people for questioning.
The incident happened in the apartment complex located in the 4400 block of Northwest 10th Place.
Plantation police have not confirmed any details of the investigation, but so far only four people have been arrested.
Three of those detained were eventually released, but one man is still being held. For this individual, the police said that an arrest warrant had been issued against him.
