Things get complicated for Prince Andrew in the legal process that Virginia Roberts Giuffre, victim of Jeffrey Epstein, maintains against him after accusing him of having sexually abused her when she was a minor.

Despite attempts by lawyers for Queen Elizabeth II’s son to stop the case, the judge has just ordered that a series of documents be delivered to him that could be decisive when it comes to resolving the claim.

For her part, the plaintiff’s lawyer has indicated in a statement that this has been “just another in a series of frustrated attempts by Prince Andrew for evading the legal merits of the case Virginia Roberts Giuffre has brought against him. All parts of the litigation are subject to discovery and Prince Andrew is no exception”.

In addition, Giuffre’s legal team maintains that it has up to six witnesses who can connect Prince Andrés with his client the night on which the sexual abuse allegedly occurred, while the son of Queen Elizabeth II has not yet contributed to no person who can back up his alibi that at that time he was in a pizzeria in Woking, an English city located in the County of Surrey.

At first, the defense of Prince Andrew was based on denying that he knew or that he had coincided at some point in his life with the alleged victim, but after the publication of a photograph in which both appeared together, his lie was discovered.

Now, it seems that the judge has dismantled a new argument of the lawyers of the son of Queen Elizabeth II, in a case that gets complicated with each passing day.
