A spectator’s car was damaged by a film crew, but they could not come to a satisfactory agreement with those responsible.

Iris Guevara said what they were offering her didn’t seem right, and two years passed with no resolution, luckily when she contacted Telemundo 52 Responde the matter was resolved.

A video shows a semi-trailer turning into a parking lot. The rear part does not turn over and scratches a vehicle that was parked, this car belonged to Guevara, who woke up the next day with a huge surprise.

“The whole driver’s side was destroyed, everything was crushed,” Guevara said.

Guevara said that although she wasn’t sure, she assumed that one of the filming trucks that had parked outside her house had damaged her car, so she went with the security guards.

“I went to ask them if they had seen what had happened to my car, that it looked like one of their trailers had hit my car. They told me that they did not believe it, that they hadn’t heard anything, how did I know it was their trailer? I told them, well look how it is! The damage didn’t come from a car,” Guevara said.

They told him that if he didn’t have proof then they couldn’t help him, and that’s when he got to work.

Changes that have been approved for the pension and retirement system force many employers to automatically enroll their workers in the schemes. Telemundo 52 Responde tells you how they can be useful to you.

“I had to go and investigate, see if my neighbors had cameras that filmed the incident. Luckily, one of my neighbors had a camera and they gave me proof that I didn’t need it,” Guevara said.

After showing them the video of their neighbors, they accepted responsibility and sent an insurance adjuster, but Guevara said they offered her payment in exchange for her car, and what she wanted was have their vehicle repaired.

“They intended to keep the car,” he said.

They assured her that they would send another expert to give her an estimate of the damage, but Guevara assures that two years passed without being contacted again, and that is why she contacted Telemundo 52 Responde, and Telemundo 52 Respodne with Zúrich Norte América, the insurance company that thanked us for bringing the case to their attention, and after reviewing it, immediately contacted Guevara and agreed to send him $5,434.00 to repair his vehicle.

“The problem was solved and we received the money we needed to repair the car,” Guevara said.
