At least three people were killed and three injured in a shooting in northwest Washington DC, confirmed the city’s Police Chief, Robert Contee.
The authorities have received notices of shots shortly after 7:30 p.m. in Longfellow Street, as indicated by Contee, who has detailed that the suspects have gotten out of a vehicle and fired at a crowd of people.
At least six people have been affected by the shooting, three of them who have died and another three who have been transferred to the hospital, although they are not in serious condition.
Both the deceased and the wounded were adults, the Chief of Police said, according to NBC Washington.
