New Jersey tragedy: Latino family killed in floods caused by storm Ida

Three members of the Torres family drowned in their apartment in the city of Elizabeth (New Jersey, United States) due to the floods caused by the remnants of the Hurricane Ida. Additionally, Latinos said authorities were unable to do more to prevent the tragedy.

Biden to visit New Jersey and New York
