A witness tells us that he saw the two puppies left inside a car and that he died. A situation that alerts the other inhabitants of this building.

“The dogs died after being left inside the car with the windows open and the engine off.”

Residents of a Fort Lauderdale apartment building are shocked and concerned after two dead dogs were found inside a vehicle.

This person who was a witness preferred not to show his face, but shared these photos of what he says happened last Sunday evening.

He claims he was in a parking lot when he saw a man trying to revive two French Bulldog puppies.

“There were two puppies that had died of heat exhaustion and two adult dogs also inside the trunk of a Mercedes.”

According to this man, the incident happened in the apartment complex located at 525 Northeast 7th Street.

The adult dogs seemed to be fine. The person who witnessed it all called the police and detectives arrived at the scene, but the man involved, who said he was a breeder of this type of puppy, had already left with his friend.

City police said they are looking into the animal neglect report.

Meanwhile, other neighbors who live here and have pets have lamented this fact.
