NEW JERSEY — Another woman has come forward alleging that a doctor at a New Jersey urgent care center had criminal sexual contact with her while she was a patient, according to local authorities.

Dr Gurvindra Johal, of Cologne, was previously arrested and charged with five counts of criminal sexual interference and one count of sexual assault in February, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said. On Tuesday, the 55-year-old was charged with inappropriately touching another woman while in her custody at Amboy Urgent Care in Perth Amboy.

Information from Johal’s attorney was not immediately available.

The investigation is ongoing.
