The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police (LVMPD) react to a barricade scene in the 5000 block of Hayward Avenue.
According to authorities, the subject has been barricaded in a house since 8:55 a.m. Friday. Meanwhile, SWAT and crisis negotiators are on the scene trying to persuade the suspect to turn himself in.
Due to the incident, Nellis Boulevard is closed between San Rafael Avenue and Silverwood Drive.
