Behind bars, a man charged with attempted premeditated homicide for shooting another subject at a busy restaurant in Doral, after an argument.
Henry José Sepúlveda, 54, charged with attempted premeditated homicide after shooting another subject early Friday morning following an altercation at Barú Bar and Restaurant, located at 11402 NW 41st St. Doral, appeared in court.
According to the police report and the statements of several witnesses, Sepúlveda began to argue with the victim, the verbal discussion degenerated into beatings.
After the beatings, the accused reportedly went to his vehicle to look for the firearm and shot the victim in the abdominal area.
During the hearing, the judge ordered the defendant to stay away from the victim and any witnesses to the incident.
The man remains behind bars without bond for attempted premeditated homicide.
