Guy Sormon published a book in which he assures that the French philosopher had sexual relations with Arab children during the 1960s.

The French writer Guy Sormon published a book called “my shitty dictionary” in which he denounces that, during the 1960s, the philosopher Michel Foucolt had sexual relations with children between 8 and 10 years old in Tunisia.

Sormon points out that he discovered the sexual crimes when he visited Foucault with a group of friends in the town of Sido Bou Said (on the outskirts of Tunisia) and assures that the philosopher told the children that they would meet at 10 at night in “The usual place”, which would be a local cemetery where he had sex with children “on the tombstones”.

The French author said that he regrets not having denounced what he saw at that time , however, he added that the French media knew of this behavior since there were also journalists on that visit who never revealed what happened.

Guy Sormon criticizes that no one questioned Foucault’s actions because “he was the philosopher king. It is like a god in France ”.

After the accusation, comments have emerged on social networks demanding to stop reading and teaching Foucault in the academy because it is unacceptable to promote the thinking of a pedophile while others insist on taking knowledge and leaving the person aside.
