Firefighters are working to rescue a husky who fell off a hill while walking with his owner behind the Hollywood sign on Thursday afternoon.
A woman called 911 for help as she walked up Mount Lee on the Wisdom Tree Trail with her two dogs when one became separated from them, Brian Humphrey of the service said. Los Angeles fire.
A group of 45 Los Angeles firefighters showed up to help the woman save the dog.
The dog appeared unharmed and in good condition, moving through the brush on a hill.
The area is steep, mostly covered with tall grass and chaparral.
