The Clark County Fire Department responded to a fire call at the Horseshoe Hotel & Casino near Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd at approximately 8:50 a.m. tonight.

According to the statement, firefighters ascended to the 19th floor where they found a small fire brought under control by emergency sprinklers and the rest of the flames were extinguished by firefighters.

At this time, firefighters do not know the cost of the property damage, but they report that several people have sought medical attention, but none have been taken to hospital.
