FIFA 23: best left-backs, value for money, from the top five leagues

Last week we already published an article on interesting right-backs from the big five leagues, so today it’s time to do the same with left backs in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team. Here are the transferable options (I’m not including the non-tradables because some people won’t be able to get them) that, in my experience, I consider most recommended within a reasonable price range. FIFA 23 – Best Reasonably Priced Right Backs

Premier League – Cancel honorable mentions or Zinchenko’s birthday FUT

The Arsenal winger has one obvious weak point, and that’s barely reached a 94 sprint with Sombra as chemistry. Since he also doesn’t have much bulk (only 74 in strength, 1’75 in height and Body Type Delgado), he can suffer in specific situations when the opponent manages to overtake him.

Even if over short distances it’s quite precise, and offensively it can be very important. His dribbling and passing attributes are worthy of a quality winger, apart from the fact that he will have five skills or one bad leg depending on which build you choose.

While Cancelo is more expensive and loses a star, but has higher speed. He reaches 98 sprint after applying Shadow and, although his strength of 71 seems weak, being 1’82 allows him to be more solid in fights. But yes, in attack he is not as efficient as Zinchenko.

LaLiga Santander – Miranda RTTF or Telles FUT Anniversary

we have already dedicated exclusivity on both sides FIFA 23 Ultimate Team. Both are excellent value for money, but, Depending on the role he will have in attack, I advise one or the other. If he will be quite the protagonist with the ball and you as a user are very good with skills, then I would sign Telles FUT Birthday.

While Miranda RTTF is more interesting if your LI won’t carry so much weight in the opposite field. Because in this case I would use the Spaniard to provide extra reliability in the rear. He has six extra intelligence points, five extra strength points, and is four centimeters taller. Both are very good, but the Real Betis player is even more solid defensively.

Bundesliga – Angelino Fantasy FUT

I tested it before updates and although physically it could be much more powerful, It’s a side that usually fills behind. Because he hides his lack of strength (72) and size (1’71) with interesting defensive qualities. Because despite being so cheap, it combines 90 interceptions, 87 intelligence, 87 flights and 85 tickets.

And Angeliño Fantasy FUT too can be a great offensive resource. He only has three skill stars and a bad leg, but his ride is pretty deft. Aside from the fact that he hits 87 vision, 86 short passing, and 86 long passing (even his shooting attributes are good). Hopefully the pace stays balanced as the sprint barely reaches 96 with Sombra. But anyway, he’s a very decent player for competitive teams.

Ligue 1 – Tagliafico Fantasy FUT

He’s a pretty similar case to Angeliño, and I also tested him when he came to FIFA 23 Ultimate Team. His pace won’t be perfect but he’ll be close to Sombra and, although due to his height of 1’72 he’s not very powerful in close combat, usually compensates with interesting defensive stats.

He only has three skill stars and a bad leg, but he’s pretty sure in traffic and his dribbling isn’t bad either. SO usually do not face each other on either side of the pitch. You probably won’t be surprised by its performance, but it almost always delivers (a very positive thing considering its low price).

Serie A – Biraghi Centurions

This is the least interesting card on the list, but the most powerful versions of Theo Hernández are quite expensive. If you are looking for a decent and cheap Serie A transferable LI, I think Biraghi Centurions is the most acceptable of them all. Although I hope you can use one of the alternatives discussed for other leagues.

His defensive stats are still good for this time in FIFA 23, plus 80 strength looks superior as he is 6’2″ tall. That’s why he almost always obeys in defense. However, does not offer as much reliability as other options because its rate is low. After applying Shadow, he will barely reach 94 accelerations and sprints.

With the ball, his size affects his dribbling skills. But since they are quite correct for an LI, It’s not too hard either. And it does not interfere with the circulation of the ballBiraghi Centurions combines 80 vision, 86 short passing and 84 long passing.
