Anyone who watched the final season of Mythic Quest on Apple TV+ will know that the character of F. Murray Abraham, CW Longbottom, had disappeared from the series. Production company Lionsgate never specifically revealed why the actor wouldn’t be returning to the role, but a new report has now emerged revealing what happened.
Rolling Stone reported that the actor was fired from the show after facing allegations of sexual misconduct. The report adds that there were two occasions that raised concerns about his behavior and that he was ordered to stay away from the actresses on the show.
Once the incidents were brought to the attention of creator and lead actor, Rob McElhenney, Abraham was fired from the show.
Lionsgate has not commented since on this case and the allegations against Murray.
