A Miami-Dade man faces multiple charges after police say he shot and killed his landlord during a verbal argument on the water.
Leonardo P. Mora, 64, was arrested for concealed carry and second-degree murder, according to the arrest report.
Mora is accused of shooting John Carlos Forteza, 43, in the abdomen, who died outside the trailer he rented from the alleged suspect.
