Accordingly, Valheim has sold a little more than two million copies within two weeks of the launch. Less than a week ago that counter was a million. This is good evidence that the great hype surrounding the survival game is by no means over – on the contrary.
The number of simultaneously active players on Steam has even increased significantly since last week: At peak times, more than 390,000 players cavort simultaneously in the world of Valheim to fight the fight for survival together.
For comparison: The also very popular battle royale shooter Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds took almost three months to reach this mark.
