NIS America has released a new trailer for The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie showing the cast of characters. The game’s adventures follow the stories of Lloyd Bannings, Rean Schwarzer and the enigmatic “C”. The RPG is said to feature one of the largest character rosters to date.

The intertwined fates of three characters on Zemuria will be decided in this culminating chapter in The Legend of Heroes series! Follow in the footsteps of war hero Rean Schwarzer, liberator Lloyd Bannings and the hidden enigma “C”, and move freely from path to path with the Crossroads system.
Lloyd Bannings, head of the Crossbell Police Department’s Special Support Section, finds himself once again fighting for his town’s freedom after Crossbell’s independence celebrations are disrupted by the sudden reappearance of a old threat. .
Following the events of the Great Twilight, Erebonian hero Rean Schwarzer and his students are brought back to life on the high school campus. However, this fleeting peace is disturbed by the appearance of a new threat.
When the former Governor General of Crossbell suddenly returns and reclaims the city-state, four figures go on a secret mission to investigate his actions. Their leader is “C”, a masked individual who appears to be using the same code name as the leader of the Imperial Liberation Front. But to what end?
