cream games has released a new patch for its monster-catching MMO, Temtem. This 1.3.1 patch is loaded with fixes, balancing adjustments, and even new features, such as the addition of a species clause for Randomlocke mode.

The main novelties presented in this DLC are the introduction of an indicator for Nuzlocke and Randomlocke modes (already introduced in the previous update), which will indicate the number of captures remaining in the area where the player is. This indicator will appear on the mini map.

Another novelty is the species clause in the modes mentioned above. When a player finds a Temtem that has already been tamed, they will be able to defeat it or run away without losing any of their allowed encounters. If he finally decides to capture it, even if he has it, it will count as a valid encounter and he will skip one of the allowed encounters. Keep in mind that the title can verify your entire evolutionary line, thus allowing in certain situations to keep the assigned encounters.

New house rules have also been added to the starting Temtem techniques to prevent instant failures in Randomlocke mode. Beginners must now meet at least one technique with these requirements; damage greater than 1, maintain 0, and STA cost less than 20.

Finally, a large number of fixes and balance adjustments requested by the community have been applied, which you can check on the title’s website.
