Thursday marked the release of Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, a first-person open-world RPG from Awaken Realms on Steam Early Access. The game received a rather warm reception.

Here are some of the reviews from Steam users.

“So far, it’s been a fun game in early access. It has an interesting world that’s fun to explore. Of course, because it’s an older release, it has its issues for better refinement.

“It reminds me a lot of Morrowind. It’s a good game and it has a lot of potential.”

“You can see gaps in gameplay and plot, but the atmosphere holds more than well. Unfortunately, the world is awfully empty.”

Pros: The game has the same atmosphere and mystery as The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. We also have similar loot and attribute systems and many other items. Graphics are pretty good at max settings

Cons: Developers need to improve performance and combat.

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is available exclusively on PC and is expected to go from 9 to 16 months in Early Access. The game is sold in Steam there GOG.com. In the first case, it can currently be purchased with a 10% discount to celebrate the release.. On April 6, the price will be increased.

Finally, it should be mentioned that the sale of the first game set in this universe, the roguelike Tainted Grail: Conquest, is underway on Steam. The title has been reduced by up to 70%.
