Psyonix, the San Diego-based video game development studio, today announced that Season 10 of rocket league will begin on March 8th! The new season of rocket league will have a new Rocket Pass that will allow you to unlock a Volkswagen Golf II GTI, another variant of an Arena, and much more.
Rocket Pass Season 10 marks the arrival of the Volkswagen Golf II GTI, one of the most iconic and fastest cars of the 1990s. All players who purchase Rocket Pass Premium will immediately unlock the car in-game The Volkswagen Golf GTI has the same hit box Octane. Additionally, as they progress through the Battle Pass, players will also be able to unlock the Volkswagen Golf GTI RLE. You can take a look at all the new Rocket Pass items HERE.
Season 10 of rocket league It will also include the following new features:
- New Arena Variant – In Season 10, players will be able to enjoy the new variant Deadeye Canyon (Oasis).
- Counter with the average waiting time to find a game – Added a counter that will show the average waiting time to find games online. This feature will arrive with an update before the launch of the new season. Now players will know the estimated waiting time to find a match for the different online game modes. The total number of players looking for a match is removed and replaced with a message (Good, Great, Great).
- New event – A new Limited Time Event (LTM) is launched in the game. It will focus on cars rather than the ball. More details will be revealed next month.
- Seasonal rewards and more – Competitive Season 9 rewards will be delivered shortly after the start of Season 10. Competitive Tournament rewards have also been introduced this season. For all the details on what to expect in Season 10, check out the latest official blog post.
Season 10 of rocket league will be available from March 8 at 8 a.m. PST. The Season Update will be released in the early hours of March 7 at 4pm PST.
