Nintendo “very optimistic” on Switch, confident of “strong performance in the years to come”

In an interview with The Associated PressNintendo of America President Doug Bowser was asked about the successor to the Switch and what he would like to see. However, Bowser chose to talk about Nintendo’s current system and why the company still thinks the Switch has a bright future ahead of it.

According to Bowser, Switch sales remain “strong” with “a very solid lineup to come.” While Nintendo has nothing to announce about the future, the company “still feels very optimistic” about its current platform. He added that “one of the reasons why, even in its seventh year, we are very confident that the Switch can perform solidly for years to come is that it is still a device on which you can play games in many ways. at home, on the go.

As we enter the seventh year of the Nintendo Switch, sales remain strong. I think we still have a very, very strong lineup to come.
