Pokémon Diamant und Perl appeared in Japan in 2006 and in Germany in 2007 for the Nintendo DS. The fourth generation of Pokémon has been sold almost 18 million times worldwide, making it the 5th best-selling DS game of all time, ahead of Black / White, Black 2 / White 2 and HeartGold / SoulSilver. There has not yet been a new edition of the fourth generation. The first generation (red / blue / yellow) was not just for the switch in the past (buy now 687.13 €), but also reissued for the Game Boy Advance.
