Kafka is one of the first characters encountered by players. Honkai Star Way, and a new HoYoVerse update explains what her moveset looks like in-game. Not only is she a mysterious figure responsible for the player’s avatar situation, from what we’ve seen in the betas, but also a potential ally if you get it from gacha. She is a Lightning element character and part of The Nihility path.
In Honkai Star Way, Nihility characters inflict status effects and debuffs on enemies. This comes with all the Kafka moves discussed. Since he is a Lightning character, he can shock enemies to paralyze them. This can be extended to other characters with his Caressing Moonlight attack. He could also enter an opponent’s entrance with Spirit Whisper.
Here are the official descriptions of Kafka’s four attacks and abilities that surfaced in the latest Honkai Star Way update.
- Stroking Moonight: Stellaron Hunter: Kafka draws his sword and thrusts it in, dealing lightning damage to a single target and all adjacent targets. If the primary target is Shocked, Shock adjacent targets.
- Midnight Uproar: Stellaron Hunter: Kafka draws his sword and strikes, dealing lightning damage to a single target, with a chance to electrocute the target.
- Silent and Sharp: Stellaron Hunter – Kafka detonates all grenades on the target’s side, dealing Lightning DMG to all targets.
- Spirit Whisper: Stellaron Hunter: Kafka casts Spirit Whisper, which has a high chance to charm a single target and advances its action to immediately use Base ATK on a random ally of its own.
