A free DLC update for McPixel 3 has been released, bringing a number of new level packs along with the six original McPixel levels remastered in the style of McPixel 3. A language switcher has also been included. Full details can be found below:
McPixel visits Grandma!
In this new update, McPixel receives a letter from Grandma telling him to come visit! Join McPixel as he visits Grandma’s house and make sure he survives the unfortunate encounters McPixel put him through in a brand new level pack! Plus, two new mini-games and a new Steve level await you in this level pack!
When you start the game, look for a mailbox in McBurg near the fountain to access the new McPixel 3 levels in two free DLC packs. If the mailbox is not there yet, you have to go a little further! To unlock the mailbox, you must play at least all rounds in the first three chapters, or complete the game at least once (even if you’ve cleared progress!)The classic remastered!
Plus, you’ll be able to play all six original levels, the first ever created for McPixel in 2011 remastered to match the style and graphics of McPixel 3! These 6 levels were the first to be created during a 48 hour game jam! This is where it all started McPixel!
Language selector!Also, due to popular demand, a language selection screen will now always appear the first time you start the game, instead of trying to auto-detect the language so you can choose the language you prefer to play in . Please note that if you haven’t manually chosen the language, the language switcher will still appear for you the next time you launch the game!
