Publisher Forever Entertainment, along with Highball Games developers Storm Trident, today shared a final release date for Magic Drop VI. The game will be available on Switch on April 25, 2023.
Magical Drop VI had already been announced for Switch last September. It received a winter release window at the time.
Here’s what you can expect from the game:
Enter the mystical world, where new challenges are looking for every corner! Play as the inhabitants of Magic Land, see the world through their eyes and help them unite the divided world!
Meet a variety of unique playable characters! Protagonists like Justice or World are quite likable, but beware of bad reps like Death or Empress. However, not all champions will be available from the start – some characters are hidden and waiting for you to unlock them!
The game offers 6 different single-player modes and the ability to play local and online multiplayer!

– Story Mode: Discover the history of Magic Land and its inhabitants while progressing through the classic Story Mode!
– Match mode: Skirmish mode, choose your character and your opponent, and go into battle!
– Survival Mode: Pop waves of bubbles and don’t let them reach the bottom of the screen.
– Puzzle mode: pop the bubbles so that there are no more on the screen! Get extra points for doing it in the most efficient way!
– Path of Destiny: Progress on the map by winning mini-games! Be careful not to make mistakes, they can be painful!
– Caravan mode: defeat your enemies one by one to set the highest possible score!
– Multiplayer: Play with your friends locally or compete against players from around the world online!

Magical Drop VI will retail for $29.99 / €29.99 on the Switch eShop. After launch, additional characters and content will be added for free.
