Krafton has lifted the curtain on a brand new tournament joining the competitive circuit of PUBG: Battlegrounds. Known as the PUBG EMEA Championship, this event will be for teams competing in the European, Middle East and African regions, and will see teams compete for a share of a prize pool of 100,000 $, but also for points and places in the PUBG World Championship. the PUBG World Series.
The tournament will begin in March with an open qualifier and will be followed by a knockout round a week later, all before a grand final later in the month. This final leg will feature 16 teams competing in five games a day for three days, all hoping to clinch one of two PGS spots.
