Hunt: Showdown celebrates its fifth anniversary with a new Twitch Drops campaign that offers a wide range of rewards, including Legendary Hunter, Kill Buyer, and, for the first time, special Hunt Anniversary Boxes with several different items.
Over five years, Hunt has gone from strength to strength, with record CCUs over the past two years and new content added regularly, including new maps, bosses, live events, and hundreds of weapons. Additions, in the past two years alone, have included the Stalker Beetle, Questlines, fiery map changer “The Inferno”, fan-favorite boss Scrapbeak, a new map, DeSalle, and more.
Live events have offered more and more rewards, and the series Lunar event which started with traitor moon and continued until the most recent event of devil moon it morphed into narrative experiences and delved into the lore of the game. There’s always more for current and new players to discover in the Bayou, and there’s never been a better time to play!
Twitch Drops 5th Anniversary Event
Each day of the Twitch Drops event, players can earn rewards by watching streams of Hunting: Confrontation. To participate, players simply need to connect their Hunt and Twitch accounts and view participating Twitch Drops-enabled streamers. - February 23 – March 2 – Follow the shows for 180 minutes to unlock the legendary knife “The Marquis”.
- February 24 – March 2 – Follow the streams for 180 minutes to unlock the Bornheim Legendary Weapon #3 “Alley Cat”.
- February 25 – March 2 – Follow the streams for 210 minutes to unlock the legendary Mosin-Nagant M1891 Obrez “The Fifth Tale”.
- February 27 – March 2 – Follow the streams for 210 minutes to unlock the “Gator Eye” weapon spell
- February 28 – March 2 – Unlock the Gator Eye as a prerequisite and watch streams for 240 minutes to unlock the legendary hunter “Kill Buyer”
Exclusive Loot
Players can also earn an exclusive reward by watching one of Hunt Night of the Hunter’s partners.

New to Twitch Drops
For the first time, there will be random drops with special Hunt Anniversary boxes. Players who watch Twitch Drops-enabled streams for two hours a day will receive a crate containing various items, including weapons, Hunt Bucks, and gear. Viewers can earn up to four Hunt Birthday Boxes each day during Twitch Drops.
