Teleport to Horizon and take the Chocobokeep to Vesper Bay. You can find Swyrgeim there at X:12.6, Y:14.4. Picking up the “If I Had a Glamour” quest and completing it will allow you to spruce up your gear. Much like dying, sprucing up your gear can be done through the character menu.
While you can effectively change your team’s appearance using the glam system, there are some limitations. For example, you cannot wear glamorous items outside of the applicable job category. Additionally, you cannot glam items on a piece of gear that is higher in item level than you wish to glam.
