How to play co-op in Wild Hearts
You can’t start co-op until you’ve gone a bit further in the story. Eventually, you’ll save a lady and start setting up camp. Go beat the giant rat, then come back and set up camp. Here you need to light a fire so you can rest on it.
Once you are far enough, you will see the online option. From here you can join random people or create a private lobby with a password. Use the party tag to match the monster, then your friends can use the password to enter this lobby. It’s only a three-player game, so if you have more, you won’t be able to participate.
You can also do story missions together for the most part.
