You will visit many locations as you explore the vast world of Hogwarts Legacy. You will be able to see the castle, Hogsmeade, the highlands and even Azkaban. Azkaban is the prison where only the most vile villains end up, but it’s still a wonderfully iconic place that most fans will be happy to see. How to Access Azkaban in Hogwarts Legacy
The short answer to how to get to Azkaban is to simply be a Hufflepuff. At the start of the game, you will be able to choose your house during the sorting hat ceremony. During this time, you will be asked to choose between four character traits. If you choose loyalty, you will find yourself in the Hufflepuff house. It is the only house of the four that receives the brief visit from the dark prison.

As you progress through the game, you’ll reach a point in the campaign where you need to uncover more information about the book. During this quest, you will meet a woman named Helen Thistlewood. This ex-Auror handled a murder case involving the pages of the book. The only woman who knows the answer to where these pages might be is Anne Thisbe and she is locked up in Azkaban.

After talking to Helen, she will transport you to Azkaban. Your trip is very short, but you can take a dementor attack and wander around the cellblock for a bit. After walking around for a while, you’ll come across Anne’s cell, have a conversation with her, and teleport out of there. The whole experience takes about five minutes, but it’s definitely a thrilling time. There are other exciting moments you can experience if you also choose one of the other three houses.
