Final Fantasy XIV’s Little Ladies’ Day event is back for 2023. Little Ladies’ Day is an exclusive party for the world of Eorzea and themed around the Japanese holiday Hinamatsuri. It arrives every year in March to bring some fun to the fans. This year’s rewards include a new orchestration roll called Decisions. Here’s how you can get the orchestrion roll of decision for yourself.
Where to find the Orchestration Scroll of Decisions in Final Fantasy XIV

To purchase the Orchestra Roll of Decisions, you will need to find the Dark Event Provider, Royal Handmaiden, in Ul’dah, Steps of Nald. It is only available during the Little Ladies’ Day event. Wednesday, March 1 at 12:00 a.m. PT until Wednesday, March 15 at 7:59 a.m. PT.

The Royal Maiden stand close to the festivities for the Little Ladies’ Day event. Its exact coordinates are x: 10.4, y: 8.6. She’s different from most event vendors because she isn’t marked on the map as such, and her name doesn’t suggest she’s selling anything. Nothing during the event points you towards her either.
The Decision Orchestration Scroll can be purchased for 2600 gil. This item can be learned by right clicking on it in your bags. Once unlocked, the Orchestrion BGM will be placed forever in your Orchestrion record as an available song to play through any Orchestrion in an Inn or Home Interior item.

Little Ladies Day has a few other rewards during the event. You can complete the Legacy event quest right next to the vendor to win the Little Ladies’ Party Ball, or return to the Royal Maiden to purchase the Little Ladies’ Announcement Wall Housing.
