You will need to complete a series of matches to get your Pinnacle piece of gear. These matches don’t have to be a win, just over. You can do this alone or in a group with friends to complete a game. You can join a group of up to six players in your fire squad to compete in Iron Banner matches, but doing it yourself with your character is also an option.

You can complete them on all your characters. After completing a set, you can work on the next character and encounter them again. There are several pieces of Pinnacle gear to earn in Iron Banner, so make sure that before the final match ends, you use your best light level gear on your character to receive an upgrade.
