Today marked State of Unreal 2023, and the big takeaway from Xbox’s perspective is that Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 maybe it looks more and more impressive than expected. This game is going to be special!
The presentation video is short but sweet (you can watch it above), and it shows the power of “real-time facial animation” in the game. We don’t know about you, but we’re more excited than ever for Hellblade 2 after seeing this!

Unfortunately, we don’t yet have a release date for Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, although reports suggest the game, along with Obsidian’s Declaredwill be Microsoft’s next big goal after the releases of red drop, star field, Forza Motorsport there minecraft legends. In other words, we’re probably looking at a 2024 release.
To be honest, after seeing this, we’re happy to wait as long as it takes for Ninja Theory to create something truly special with this highly anticipated sequel. Our expectations have been taken to another level with this trailer.
