Natsume has announced more details about her new harvest moon game. First, Harvest Moon: Winds of Anthos It will be a cross-platform game and will appear on PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. There are also a number of screenshots showing animals, characters, and cultures in the new episode. There is no set release window yet, but it should appear in 2023.
Two characters in particular appear during the new images. One is called Westley. In his screenshot, he describes himself as a village “head”. The other involves the player meeting someone named Vivi. The player in this entry is a farmer who travels to various towns that have been cut off after volcanic activity. This means that the two could be from different cities.
As for the environments, some notable things ended up showing up in these early screenshots. We see the farmer using a homemade watering can on the farm, in particular to water a peach cone. In a house in Providence Village, there is what looks like a mechanical owl outside a house. There are also pictures of some animals people can keep Harvest Moon: Winds of Anthoswith a cat, a chicken, a cow, a horse and a sheep.
