The second week of the Japanese car event in Forza Horizon 5, offers new events and new rewards. Forza players now have the option to obtain the 1995 Toyota MR2 and add it to the collection. So how can you get MR2 and all the other rewards? Let’s take a look at this week’s events.

#Forzathon Weekly Challenges
- Own and drive the 1989 Toyota MR2 SC
- Earn six stars on speed cameras in the MR2 SC
- Win a street race in MR2 SC
- Accumulate a skill score of 100,000 in MR2 SC
Complete all four and you’ll earn five points, as well as 160 Forzathon Points.
#Forzathon Daily Challenges
- Get 10 Ultimate Wreckage abilities on any Extreme Track toy
- Win a Midnight Battle in any Japanese vehicle.
- Earn a total of 200,000 points in Drift Zones in any 1990s vehicle
- Paint your vehicle’s tires
- Take a photo of any Japanese vehicle
- Get 10 speed skills in the 1997 Mazda RK-7
- Honk at any Honda
A new challenge is unlocked every day. Players will receive one point and 20 Forzathon Shop points for each one completed.
Weekly racing challenges
- skyline arcade – Complete any Horizon Arcade theme (reward is 3 points)
- Complete the “Super Scramble” event in The Trial (You must enter the Hall of Fame to unlock it, the rewards are 10 points and Honda Civic)
- Complete the EventLab Challenges (rewards are 6 pts. (3 pts. each), Super Wheelspin and Forza Link reward)
- Complete the Danger Sign Challenge (rewards are Super Wheelspin and 2 pts.)
- Complete the Speed Zone Challenge (rewards are Super Wheelspin and 2 pts.)
- Complete the Drift Zone challenge (rewards are Super Wheelspin and 2 pts.)
- Full season championships. (Rewards are a 1986 Toyota, a 1997 Mazda RX-7 and 5 points each (10 points total))
Weekly challenges
- Treasure hunt – “Speed through areas for 370 in a 370” (rewards are 100 #Forzathaon points and 3 pts.)
- photo challenge – Photograph any Nissan or Infiniti next to the stone lanterns at Cascadas de Agua Azul (rewards are the Forza Link reward and 2 pts)
As the hint suggests, users need to buy the 2010 Nissan 370Z and collect stars in speed zones. Five should do the trick, so be sure to set the car to class S1 or S2 to do it quickly. Here’s a look at where the chest waits:
Monthly challenges
- Monthly Rivals (Circuit Plaza) – Post a clean round to complete (reward is 4 pts. – Will only give 1 pt. per playlist)
- Forza EV (prosperous earth circuit) – Post a clean round to complete (reward is 4 pts. – Will only give 1 pt. per playlist)
Hot wheel events
- Full speed trap – Must reach Elite rank in Hot Wheels Academy to unlock (Rewards are Super Wheelspin and 2 pts.)
- Full season championship (Rewards are a 1974 Honda Civic and 5 pts.)
20 points are needed for the 1995 Toyota MR2. 40 points will produce the Subaru Legacy RS.
