The Autumn Games have announced that final official release date for Black Dahlia DLC character in Skullgirls 2nd Encore will be very soon. It will be released on March 29, 2023 for the PC and PS4 versions of the game. As for those on Nintendo Switch, they will be able to download it on March 31, 2023.
Development on Black Dahlia began in 2022, with early versions of her character appearing in events and as DLC. His alpha teaser showed that he can use bullets as part of his combos, although they don’t appear to have much range or zoning abilities. Black Dahlia can also run out of these bullets, forcing you to reload.

Black Dahlia is inspired by the unsolved murder of Elizabeth Short, or “Black Dahlia” as she was posthumously known. Autumn Games also seems to have used Hol Horse (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) and BB Hood (Darkstalkers) as some of their inspirations for their game. As for lore, Black Dahlia is a member of the Medici Mafia. He has already appeared in the stories of Peacock and Squigly.
Skullgirls 2nd Encore is available on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC via Steam. Black Dahlia will appear in Skullgirls 2nd Encore as a DLC character on March 29, 2023 for Steam and PS4 players, and March 31, 2023 for Nintendo Switch players.
