SP-R 208
Accuracy is key to a decent sniper rifle and the SP-R 208 is the best of the bunch for accuracy. It’s a bolt-action rifle, and while the rate of fire suffers considerably, the maneuverability and mobility make it more effective for mid-range snipers than most dedicated sniper rifles.

The EBR-14 deals impressive damage at long range, can be fired fairly quickly, has great handling stats, and is very stable – it’s easily the best sniper rifle in Warzone 2 and getting better again with the right accessories. It has similar stats but sacrifices recoil control a bit for better mobility and handling. Since you’ll likely be using a longer range sniper rifle in Warzone 2, recoil control doesn’t matter as much, as you likely won’t be firing in quick succession.
