Astralis has truly fallen out of favor in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene. Once considered the best team in the whole world, and for a long time in fact, the team has now failed to qualify for the last CS:GO Major to be held in Paris next month.
With a number of disappointing results in mind, the Danish esports organization has implemented some roster changes, and that includes bringing an Astralis Talent player into the main squad and filling out the academy list with new name.
It will be Alexander “Altekz” Givskov who will be promoted to Astralis’ main team, while Andreas “kiR” Kirstein will fill the void at Astralis Talent.
We’ll be able to see this updated Astralis lineup in action at IEM Dallas in a few weeks.
