There are nearly two dozen weapons in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2, but players are more likely to see only the least damaging of them coming out of chests. Luckily, Upgrade Banks continue to be promising places to upgrade your loot, as items allow you to increase your weapon’s rarity for small amounts of gold bars. Where to find Upgrade Banks in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2

At the time of writing, you can find 13 upgrade banks in the latest map, although this number is likely to increase as the chapter progresses. Before going to one of them, make sure you have some gold on hand. It will cost you 200 gold to upgrade any common weapon to a rarity, while that price will increase by 100 gold each time you upgrade to another rarity. So a rare weapon can be upgraded to rare for 300 gold, as it will take another 400 gold to upgrade from rare to epic.
