Fortnite News: Update 17.20 soon, date for LeBron James skins

It has not yet been determined whether Fortnite will receive the 17.20 update this week and have to undergo a downtime: Epic Games has not yet revealed any details about possible upcoming maintenance work.

The upcoming release of the new skins for basketball star LeBron James suggests that a new patch could be pending. “On July 15, 2021, two different outfits of the basketball icon will appear in the item shop, both of which will be equipped with the soon to be released King James shoe: the Nike LeBron 19,” announced Epic Games.

A time has already been set: the items will be available on Thursday from 2 a.m. It is possible that a game update for Fortnite is pending beforehand.

Together with the “LeBron James” outfit, there is also the “King-Bling” back accessory in Fortnite. With the King James equipment package you also get the pickaxe “The Lion”, the hang-glider “Wingspan” and the move “The Silencer”. The “Tune Squad LeBron” outfit is based on the new movie Space Jam 2.

There is also the “LeBrons Taco Tuesday” style and the “Taco bag” back accessory. If you pick up the King James package, you will receive all outfits and back accessories at once – as well as the “Court Ball” loading screen.

As soon as we receive news about the update 17.20, you will find out as usual on our website. Last week Epic Games released a hotfix for Fortnite Update 17.10.
