1.- California
Up to $1,083 dollars are granted for each qualifying family. One of the requirements is that the income must not exceed $25,000 dollars. For each income above this amount, $.22 will be phased out.

In Vermont, parents can receive up to $1,000 for each qualifying child. Children under the age of five are eligible.
