Maluma and Anuel AA premiere their new single: ‘Diablo, qué chimba’.

The artists surprised the world with a collaboration

Two global icons of Latin music, Maluma and Anuel AA, join forces for the first time to premiere their new single, called ‘Diablo, Que Chimba’, an anticipated collaboration that promises to become a must-have party anthem.

This song will get the world dancing to the rhythm of its irresistible urban beat, fused with a touch of electro, coupled with the characteristic flow of the superstars that result in this contagious song, which makes it clear that the union in music, makes the strength.

Diablo, Que Chimba’ was produced by DJ Luian and written by Juan Luis Londoño Arias (Maluma), Emmanuel Gazmey Santiago (Anuel AA), Wander Manuel Mendez (Santo Niño), René David Cano Ríos (Bull Nene), Luian Malavé Nieves (DJ Luian), Xavier Semper, Edgar Semper, Pablo Fuentes (BF) and Kedin Maysonet.

The music video was filmed in Miami, under the direction of Juan Luis Londoño Arias (Maluma) and César “Tes” Pimienta, with the production of Royalty Films. It is an old school Reggaeton style video, which alludes in a fun way to the controversy previously experienced between both artists, while they are partying at Maluma’s house with DJ Luian, accompanied by lots of girls, highlighting a new saying: “siempre Flow Maluma”, as well as the iconic phrase of the Boricua rapper “Real Hasta la Muerte”, in a dynamic and entertaining video.

It is worth noting that ‘Diablo, Que Chimba’, together with his recent releases: ‘La Reina’ and ‘La Fórmula’ with Marc Anthony, will be part of Maluma’s next album.

Maluma received 8 nominations for Premios Nuestra Tierra in Colombia this week, nominations that include categories such as: Artist of the Year, Best Urban Artist, Best Urban Song, Best Pop Song for Junio and Best Concert of the Year for Medallo en el Mapa.

He also received 2 nominations for the Latin American Music Awards 2023, including: “Best Pop Song” (for “Junio”) and “Tour of the Year (for Maluma Papi Juancho World Tour).

The eighth annual Latin American Music Awards will take place on April 20 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas and will be broadcast simultaneously on the Univision, UNIMAS and Galavision networks at 7:00pm ET.

Juan Luis Londoño Arias, better known by his stage name MALUMA (composed of the first letters of the names of his mother, father and sister) has become one of the most impactful artists in urban music and a global Latin music idol.
