“It took hours” – she recalls her abortion
In her biography Britney Spears reveals so some new details from previous relationships. One stroke of fate haunted her for a long time afterwards.

Just recently Britney Spears (41) let some bombs burst in her biography. Justin Timberlake (42), Britney’s ex-boyfriend from 2000, does not come off well either. The singer is even said to have been pregnant by him and to have had an abortion at his request. Britney describes this experience, among other things, as “excruciating”. However, she does not seem to have had any real support from Justin during this time.

The “Everytime” singer was just 19 years old at the time of the abortion. However, as “pagesix” reports, she still remembers “the pain and fear” 20 years later. As “Planned Parenthood” reports, a medication abortion is accompanied by “cramping and bleeding,” comparable to an early miscarriage. Britney Spears also recounts the traumatic experience in her book. During the process, she “cried and sobbed” until it was all over. “It took hours and I can’t remember how it ended”.
Here’s how Justin Timberlake reacted to the pregnancy
Today, Britney is no longer sure whether it was really the important decision to abort the baby they shared. But the supposed father Justin Timberlake, according to the singer, was “definitely not happy about the pregnancy.” For him, the couple was still “too young” to have a child. Britney admitted, “I’m sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby. I don’t know if that was the right decision.” But for her boyfriend at the time, she said, she dared to take that step and go through with it. “If it had been left to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure he didn’t want to be a father.”
