Young Woman harassed by Vicente Fernández reacted to the video of Tik Tok: “I felt violated”

In the last hours, Vicente Fernández’s name is in the eye of the hurricane after being criticized for his violent attitudes towards a fan who asked him for a photograph.

In the images the singer is observed surrounded by several women, But what alerted public opinion is that the Charro de Huentitán touched one of the young women who are next to him on the breast.

After said content was published and viralized on social networks, Thousands of Internet users have pointed out the behavior of Vicente Fernández, since he did such actions without the consent of the girl.

After the broadcast, the young woman decided to break the silence and reacted to the video found on the social network Tik Tok. In a footage, which was taken up by the program First hand, the girl explained what happened when she asked “Chente” for a photograph.

“That photo was taken in 2017, the reason why my expression looks calm is not because I liked it, rather it was because I did not realize that her hand was there until I observed the photographs with my mother”, declared.

Similarly, the young woman pointed out that she feels angry and annoyed with the singer’s attitudes.

She explained that she did not notice the singer’s touching, since on that occasion she was wearing a padded bra. “I was wearing a padded bra and it is very difficult to feel something, especially because it was on the bottom, I did not realize it until I saw it in networks”, added.

Similarly, the young woman pointed out that she feels angry and upset with the singer’s attitudes.

“I felt violent, angry with the man and everyone is defending him. I handle my traumas with humor and sarcasm, everyone has their defense mechanisms ”, explained.

In the end, the young woman, who decided not to give her name, said that Vicente Fernández should not have touched her and that she very much regrets the context of violence experienced by women in Mexico.

“I don’t care if it’s Vicente Fernández, he shouldn’t have touched my body without my permission, especially in that area. I’m sure many women have experienced the same ”, concluded.

Recently, the “Charro de Huentitán” and his family were at the center of another controversy, when the journalist Juan José Origel revealed that Don Vicente and his children, Alejandro and Gerardo, have already been vaccinated against COVID-19.

According to information from UN Women, sexual harassment is a manifestation of gender discrimination and a specific form of violence against women.

“Behavior based on sex, unpleasant and offensive to the person who suffers it. For it to be sexual harassment, the confluence of both negative aspects is necessary: ​​unwanted and offensive ”, it is read in the definition of harassment by the Royal Spanish Academy.
