Why no European team wants to sign Nairo Quintana: the Movement for Credible Cycling has given its explanation

He Movement for a credible cycling (MPCC) recently published their “credibility figures” in which they take stock of what happened in 2022 regarding WorldTour and ProTeam riders and cases of doping or use of banned substances such as tramadol.
