Herman, who lived with the 15 times winner of the Majors in his Florida mansion until the end of 2022submitted the application to 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Martin County.

According to court records known to the news agency AFPHerman’s attorneys argue that the NDA (agreement) he was asked to sign is “invalid and unenforceableunder U.S. federal law known as the Speaking Act (Act of speaking clearly).

The law, which came into force last year in the wake of the MeToo movement, makes Confidentiality agreements cannot be executed in case of assault and sexual harassment.

Herman’s lawsuit alleges that Woods’ agents tricked her into leaving the mansion last year telling her to get ready for the holidays.

“By deception, the agents of the defendant (Woods) convinced the plaintiff (Herman) to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, told her that she had been dropped off at his residence,” the court filing reads.

The complaint says that due to the “aggressive use” of the nondisclosure agreement, Herman is unsure whether she can disclose “facts that would give rise to various legal claims that she believes she has.”

He adds that he doesn’t know what other information about his own life he can reveal and with whom.
