For Key 2 of the CONMEBOL – Copa Libertadores 2023 tournament, Nacional celebrated at the Defensores del Chaco stadium against Sp. Cristal. The local goals were scored by Mathías Martínez (0′ 2T) and Gustavo Aguilar (52′ 2T).

Sporting Cristal nearly falsified the result with two shots from Adrián Ascues hitting the post.

The judge chosen to officiate the match at the Defensores del Chaco stadium was Anderson Daronco.

Nacional have taken the first step in the first leg and will look for their place in the third phase of the CONMEBOL – Copa Libertadores 2023. The rematch will be played next Tuesday, February 28.
