On March 6, the Superintendency notified the Resolution No. 705 of March 3, 2023 with which the “bid control measure” was imposed on the airline Rapid Colombia SASwhich according to the entity is in the Business Recovery Process.

If the orders established in the resolution are not complied with, the Superintendency may dismiss the administrators, the board of directors and the person in charge of tax control, as determined, which will imply an inability to carry out activities that may last up to at 10 years.
